A collection of 256 images that represent our thoughts, more like a series of "daydreams," on what matters to us in terms of Architecture.  Collectively, the juxtaposed images describe a visual narrative of textures --soft and coarse, dense and loose-- as they transform throughout the physical space of the book. Individually, the photos attempt at getting to an evasive feeling of awe mixed in the very tangible.

A lot of the photos were taken on trips we made to Iceland, Denmark and to the Aegean coast of Turkey in the summer of 2013.

A series of "256 Images that Matter to Architecture" books were made by classmates from Yale and included in the MoMA PS1 Art Book Fair in 2011. Happy to be included in the exhibition led by Luke Bulman of Thumb Projects.
